Micron offers a competitive suite of benefits for its team members. If you’re a Micron team member, you can learn more about the plans listed below in our benefits guide. As a team member, you can enroll in benefits during Annual Enrollment or when you experience a qualifying life event.

Micron offers a variety of leave options when team members need to take time away from work.
In addition, Micron makes available the following insurance information for team members leaving the company.
Team members can enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) which provide tax advantages when saving and paying for health or family care expenses.
Paid time off for full-time team members is accrued at a beginning rate of 5.31 hours per bi-weekly pay period, which increases annually up to 6.93 hours per bi-weekly pay period. Part-time team members accrue paid time off at a beginning rate of 2.76 hours per bi-weekly pay period, which increases annually up to 3.46 hours per bi-weekly pay period. Micron also provides paid holidays, including floating holidays to be used by team members anytime throughout the year. Additionally, team members receive paid voting time and paid community service time each year.
Our 401(k) plan enables team members to save money for retirement on a pre-tax, Roth, or after-tax basis, with a generous 5% matching contribution from Micron. Plan investment funds include Target Date Retirement Funds, Self-Directed Brokerage, or a combination of index and actively managed funds to help achieve individual retirement savings goals.
Stock options are offered to team members at management discretion. Micron also provides the opportunity for team members to enroll in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), which allows team members to purchase Micron stock at a 15% discount.
Many U.S. locations offer onsite or near site health centers, fitness areas, wellbeing rooms, and mother’s rooms.
Team Member Advocates are available to listen, help, and answer questions. The employee assistance program (EAP) provides team members with eight free counseling sessions per issue per year.
For select segments of Micron’s workforce, flexible work options are available to help team members maintain a satisfying work-life balance.
The Academic Advancement Program provides tuition support for job and/or industry related courses and degree programs. Associate, Bachelor, and Master’s degrees as well as certification courses and programs are offered through various institutions, and where possible, targeted programs and courses made available onsite for employees.
Our online Micron University allows team members to take courses to enhance their skills and career development.
