The RBA Code of Conduct establishes standards to ensure working conditions in the electronics industry supply chain are safe, workers are treated with respect and dignity, and business operations are environmentally responsible and conducted ethically.
Micron and its subsidiaries expect suppliers to adopt and implement the RBA Code of Conduct and Micron Code of Business Conduct and Ethics regardless of local business practices or social customs. Micron will also monitor your adherence to these Codes, which may include verification visits and audits.
Micron is committed to meeting the standards in the RBA Code of Conduct consistent with Micron’s commitment to conduct business with uncompromising integrity and professionalism. Our suppliers’ conformance with the RBA Code of Conduct supports this philosophy. We encourage our suppliers to consider joining the RBA if you are not already a member.
